How do I subscribe?
Choose Home, create an account or log in, then continue to secure checkout from Billing. Home activates only after the server verifies your subscription with Stripe.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing → Manage subscription / cancel. Access remains through the paid period when cancellation is scheduled for period end. Afterward, existing records remain readable and downloadable on Free.
Can I buy Home+ or Family?
Not yet. AI identification, automatic document insights, multiple homes, and household sharing are still in development. We are not accepting payments for these plans.

Who is homeAssist for?
Homeowners who want a practical place to organize maintenance, equipment, documents, expenses, and service contacts. Start with one home and add information as you go.
What can I use today?
Home profiles, maintenance reminders inside the app, equipment records, document uploads and downloads, expenses, contractors, repair history, and search across your saved records.
Does it automatically scan labels or predict repairs?
Not yet. You can save label photos and enter equipment details. The current forecast adds your own estimates for scheduled maintenance; it does not predict equipment failure. AI identification and document extraction are planned.
Will it send me emails?
In-app reminders work now. Email preferences and the reminder job are available, but outbound delivery must be configured by the site operator before emails can be sent.
Do I need a subscription?
Free includes your home profile and maintenance. Home adds equipment, documents, expenses, repairs, and contractors for $5.99/month USD. Home+ and Family are still in development. Compare the plans →
Can other users see my documents?
Document downloads require a signed-in account and are restricted to the account that uploaded them. This is a preview; use sample documents while evaluating it.
